Dave Spaulding said...: Interesting question, and the responses are even more interesting. I would have said "yes," though perhaps defining WHAT creativity is is important and necessary. But how would we have our models without a strong degree of creativity. At the core, I think of my self as a mathematician, and much of what I work on is math-based.
