Something akin to, "this is a day the Lord has made, I shall rejoice in it." Surely a misquote, but the jist is similar.
Absolutely, because happiness is a biochemical hormone function that only lasts for a short while at a time.
Since I know this, I no longer bemoan the times where I struggle to be happy, but simply wait and work for those moments to come.
